About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a leading global technology and digital transformation services organization delivering enterprise SAP modernization and S/4HANA transformation programs for global clients.

Role Overview

As a Lead II – Enterprise Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA applications using SAP ABAP, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, and OData services.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and user experience standards.

The role also involves stakeholder coordination with Japanese/global teams and mentoring junior developers within the project.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Technical Development

1. Design, develop, and support SAP applications using:
2. SAP ABAP on HANA
3. SAP UI5
4. SAP Fiori
5. OData Services
6. CDS Views
7. AMDP
8. Develop scalable and high-performance SAP solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices
9. Enhance and customize SAP applications to meet business requirements

SAP Fiori & UI5 Development

1. Build responsive and user-friendly SAP Fiori applications
2. Develop and maintain SAP UI5-based front-end components
3. Perform debugging and troubleshooting of Fiori applications
4. Optimize application usability and performance

SAP HANA Development

1. Work with:
2. HANA Database
3. HANA Studio
4. HANA Modeling
5. Develop optimized database objects and data models
6. Implement CDS Views and AMDP-based performance enhancements

OData & Integration

1. Develop and maintain OData services for SAP applications
2. Support integration between SAP and external systems
3. Ensure secure and scalable service implementations

Project Delivery & Support

1. Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support activities
2. Handle incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
3. Provide production support including weekend/shift/on-call support as required
4. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions

Team Collaboration & Leadership

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
2. Mentor junior team members and support project delivery activities
3. Contribute to technical design discussions and best practice implementation
4. Manage dependencies, risks, and multiple technical priorities effectively

Required Skills & Experience

SAP Technical Expertise

1. Strong hands-on experience in:
2. SAP S/4HANA ABAP
3. SAP Fiori
4. SAP UI5
5. OData Services
6. CDS Views
7. AMDP
8. Strong programming experience in ABAP Workbench environment
9. Experience with SAP Fiori Apps debugging and enhancement

SAP HANA Skills

1. Strong experience with:

5. Understanding of SAP HANA optimization and development concepts

Development & Problem Solving

1. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

Japanese Language Requirement

1. Mandatory Japanese language proficiency
2. Ability to collaborate with Japanese stakeholders and global teams
3. Experience in Japanese/global delivery environments preferred

Good-to-Have Skills
