About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a leading global digital transformation and technology services organization delivering enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs for global clients. This opportunity is within a high-performing ERP consulting team focused on Finance & Controlling solutions using SAP S/4HANA.

Role Overview

As a Lead II – Enterprise Solutions (SAP FI-CO), you will be responsible for leading and supporting SAP Finance & Controlling implementation, enhancement, and support activities in S/4HANA environments.

You will collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, configure FI-CO modules, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

The role also requires regular interaction with Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP FI-CO Implementation & Support

1. Lead SAP FI-CO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities
2. Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
3. Configure SAP FI-CO modules in alignment with business and compliance requirements
4. Participate in blueprinting, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

SAP S/4HANA Functional Expertise

1. Work extensively on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects
2. Configure and support:
3. General Ledger (GL)
4. New GL
5. Accounts Receivable (AR)
6. Accounts Payable (AP)
7. Asset Accounting
8. Cost Center Accounting
9. Profit Center Accounting
10. Internal Orders
11. Product Costing
12. COPA (Controlling & Profitability Analysis)

Documentation & Process Design

1. Create detailed:
2. Functional Specifications
3. Process Definition Documents (PDD)
4. Business Process Procedures (BPP)
5. Solution Design Documents
6. Develop business process workflows and diagrams using Microsoft Visio
7. Prepare workshop presentations and conduct client discussions

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Work on integration of FI-CO with:
2. SAP SD
3. SAP MM
4. SAP PS
5. SAP HR
6. Coordinate with technical and functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery
7. Support interfaces and integration scenarios including ALE/IDOC and EDI/IDOC exposure

Testing & Quality Assurance

6. Prepare user manuals and training documentation

Required Skills & Experience

SAP Functional Expertise

1. 4–7 years of hands-on SAP FI-CO implementation experience
2. 3–6 years of domain experience in Finance & Controlling
3. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
4. Expertise in configuring:
5. SAP FI – General Ledger
6. SAP FI – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
7. SAP FI – Asset Accounting
8. SAP CO – Cost & Profit Center Accounting
9. SAP CO – Internal Orders

Japanese Language Requirement

1. Mandatory Japanese language proficiency
2. Ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders and business users
3. Experience working in global or Japanese client environments preferred
