About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a leading global technology and digital transformation services organization delivering enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs for global clients. This opportunity is within a high-performing SAP consulting team focused on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Role Overview

As a Lead II – Enterprise Solutions (SAP PP/QM), you will be responsible for leading SAP Production Planning and Quality Management implementation, enhancement, and support activities across enterprise manufacturing environments.

You will work closely with business users, onsite stakeholders, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.

The role also involves active collaboration with Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PP/QM Implementation & Support

1. Lead SAP PP and QM implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement activities
2. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
3. Configure SAP PP/QM modules aligned with enterprise standards and manufacturing processes
4. Participate in blueprinting, solution design, deployment, and post-production support

SAP QM Functional Expertise

1. Configure and support:
2. QM in Procurement
3. Source Inspection
4. Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Selection
5. Incoming, In-Process & Outgoing Quality Inspection
6. Certificate of Analysis
7. Quality Notifications
8. Statistical Process Control (SPC)

SAP PP Functional Expertise

1. Handle production planning processes and manufacturing workflows
2. Support planning, execution, and integration of production-related business processes
3. Work on integration between PP and QM with other SAP modules and external systems

1. Integrate SAP QM and PP with:

Required Skills & Experience

SAP PP/QM Expertise

1. 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM implementation/support projects
2. 2–3 years of manufacturing or functional domain experience
3. Strong implementation experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and above
4. Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects preferred
5. Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP QM and PP modules

Core Functional Knowledge
