Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Selenium Automation, Database Testing, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 application testing. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test scenarios while ensuring high-quality software delivery for enterprise applications.

The role requires a strong understanding of functional testing, backend database validation, automation frameworks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform end-to-end functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
2. Validate application functionality through comprehensive manual and automated testing.
3. Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
4. Conduct database testing to verify data integrity, backend processes, and data migration using SQL queries.
5. Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts for regression and functional testing.
6. Implement automation using Selenium along with frameworks such as Cucumber (BDD) and Rest Assured where applicable.
7. Execute regression, integration, system, and functional testing cycles.
8. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through closure.
9. Prepare detailed test execution reports and quality metrics aligned with governance standards.
10. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure complete test coverage.
11. Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and test estimation activities.
12. Continuously improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
13. Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

1. 5–7 years of overall experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation.
3. Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
4. Strong expertise in Functional Testing.
5. Experience in Database Testing using SQL queries.
6. Knowledge of regression testing and automation framework development.
7. Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test reports.
8. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
10. Ability to work independently in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Rest Assured for API Automation.
2. Experience using Cucumber or other BDD frameworks.
3. Exposure to API Testing.
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
5. Knowledge of Test Management tools.
6. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
