We are looking for a senior Quality Engineering Leader to drive solutioning, RFP responses, and proposal management for large deals, with strong expertise in QE transformation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end proposal/RFP process and improve win rates
  2. Define QE solutions, transformation roadmaps, and strategies
  3. Engage with customers and stakeholders (including CXO level)
  4. Support large deal pursuits (solutioning, pricing, defense)
  5. Conduct QE maturity assessments and recommend improvements
  6. Collaborate with sales teams and alliance partners
  7. Perform market research and competitive analysis

Required Skills

  1. 10–15+ years in Quality Engineering / QA leadership
  2. Strong expertise in manual, automation, performance, and security testing
  3. Experience in solutioning, RFPs, and proposal writing
  4. Exposure to large deal cycles and pre-sales activities
  5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
