About the Company:

We are hiring for a senior leadership opportunity with a well-established industrial manufacturing organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation initiatives across its manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead digital transformation across manufacturing plants
  2. Drive initiatives in Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, IIoT, MES, SCADA,

automation, and plant connectivity.

  1. Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering

teams to improve quality assurance / control, productivity, OEE, traceability,

and cost efficiency

  1. Build integrated manufacturing systems connecting shopfloor to

ERP/enterprise platforms

  1. Co-Lead cybersecurity, infrastructure, and OT governance for plant

environments

  1. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI/analytics for

manufacturing excellence

  1. Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams
  2. Develop long-term manufacturing technology roadmap aligned with business

growth

Ideal Profile:

  1. 15+ years of experience in manufacturing technology / operations IT within

automotive or industrial manufacturing

  1. Strong exposure to plant automation, MES, OT infrastructure, ERP

integration, and industrial cybersecurity

  1. Experience managing multi-plant environments and large transformation

programs

  1. Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
  2. Engineering background preferred; exposure to lean manufacturing and

operational excellence is a plus
