As part of its enterprise technology practice, the organization is expanding its capabilities around Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and IBM Maximo, supporting complex implementation, customization, integration, and application support programs.

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Maximo Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on experience in IBM Maximo application development, configuration, customization, and integrations.

The successful candidate will work on enterprise Maximo implementations and support engagements, partnering with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across asset management, work management, inventory, procurement, and related business processes.

Experience Required 5–10 years of hands-on experience working as a Maximo Developer / Maximo Technical Consultant. Strong experience in Maximo application development, configuration, customization, and integration. Experience working on Maximo implementation, enhancement, or support projects. Good understanding of enterprise asset management and associated business processes. Experience translating functional requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Maximo Development & Configuration Support end-to-end Maximo application build, configuration, customization, and enhancement activities. Configure Maximo applications, business objects, attributes, domains, relationships, and object structures. Develop and modify Maximo components based on business and functional requirements. Perform technical analysis and recommend appropriate Maximo solutions. Maximo Integration Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Maximo integrations with third-party and enterprise applications. Work extensively with the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).

Develop and support integrations using: Web Services APIs Object Structures Enterprise Services Publish Channels External systems/interfaces Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure reliable data exchange between Maximo and external systems.

Database & Application Configuration Perform database-related configuration activities within Maximo. Configure: Objects Attributes Relationships Domains Object Structures Analyze application and database issues and support performance/stability improvements.

Work Management Configure and support Maximo Work Management functionality. Work with: Work Orders Preventive Maintenance (PM) Job Plans Resources Work Management processes Supply Chain / Inventory

Configure and support Maximo Supply Chain functionality, including: Inventory Purchasing Storerooms Items Materials Procurement-related processes Automation & Workflow Develop, modify, and maintain: Automation Scripts Workflows Escalations Customize Maximo business processes according to client requirements.

Production Support & Troubleshooting Analyze and resolve application, configuration, integration, and technical issues. Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues. Support incident resolution and application stabilization. Work with functional and technical teams to resolve complex production issues.

Testing & Deployment Support unit testing, system/integration testing, UAT, deployment, and release activities. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.

Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, technical architects, and project stakeholders. Translate business requirements into effective Maximo technical solutions. Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, estimation, and implementation activities.
