Job Title: MEP BIM Modeler
Job Details:
- Location: Pune
- Experience: 1.5 to 2 years
- Availability: Immediate joiners only
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring coordination and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- Experience in 3D modeling for MEP services
- Ability to perform clash detection and resolution
- Knowledge of MEP drafting standards and codes
- Strong understanding of construction documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Navisworks for coordination
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM 360 or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Understanding of LOD (Level of Development) requirements
