Job Description: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 2 years of experience in MERN stack development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, working on both frontend and backend development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. • Design and implement responsive user interfaces. • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers. • Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability. Required Skills • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). • Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. • Experience working with MongoDB. • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. • Experience with REST APIs and JSON. • Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Redux or state management libraries. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. • Basic knowledge of Docker or containerization. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 2 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities
