Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to assist clients in securing mortgage loans for residential or commercial properties. The candidate will guide customers through the loan application process, verify documents, and help ensure smooth loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with mortgage loan applications.
2. Evaluate financial documents and verify customer details.
3. Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment options.
4. Coordinate with banks, underwriters, and internal teams.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2. 0–3 years of experience in banking, finance, or loan processing.
3. Good communication and customer handling skills.
4. Basic knowledge of loan documentation is an advantage.

Salary:

1. Freshers: ₹16,958 (In-hand) per month
2. Experienced Candidates: ₹18,447 (In-hand) per month
