About the Role

Indian physiotherapists are among the most globally competitive allied health professionals. With strong clinical training from recognized BPT programs, Indian physios are actively recruited by UK NHS trusts, German rehabilitation centres, and Gulf hospital systems. Key Responsibilities

1. Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
2. Deliver therapeutic interventions — manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy
3. Treat patients across a range of conditions — orthopaedics, neurology, respiratory, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation
4. Work with acute hospital inpatients, outpatient clinic patients, and home care clients
5. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
6. Maintain accurate physiotherapy assessment and treatment records
7. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team — doctors, nurses, OTs, dieticians, speech therapists
8. Contribute to discharge planning and community rehabilitation programs

✅ Must Have

1. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized Indian university, registered with the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) or State Medical/Rehabilitation Council
2. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience
3. IELTS 7.0+ or OET B for UK | IELTS 6.5+ for Gulf | German B1+ for Germany
4. Broad clinical competence across orthopaedics, neurology, or musculoskeletal physiotherapy
5. Strong patient communication and motivational skills

⭐ Nice to Have

1. MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) in a specialty — Orthopaedics, Neurology, Sports, Cardiopulmonary, Paediatrics
2. HCPC registration (UK) — completed or in progress (major differentiator for UK roles)
3. German B2 or above
4. DHA, HAAD, MOH, or SCFHS physiotherapy licence
5. Sports physiotherapy experience — valuable in UAE and Saudi private sector
6. Experience with post-stroke neurological rehabilitation, spinal injury, or ICU physiotherapy
7. Manual therapy certifications (McKenzie, Mulligan, Maitland)
