About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented, driven, and organized Program Manager to join our team at the heart of the travel business. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter who thrives in managing large, complex implementation programs and working closely with global customers.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the implementation of mission-critical products and service offerings for a leading multi-brand cruise line, ensuring strategic, operational, and delivery excellence across the program lifecycle.

Purpose of the Role

1. Oversee end-to-end implementation of multiple, mission-critical products and services for a global cruise line customer
2. Act as the primary point of contact for the customer on all matters related to program execution and delivery

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

1. Create and maintain detailed program and project plans across multiple parallel implementations
2. Monitor progress to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved
3. Establish and maintain program governance, controls, and reporting mechanisms
4. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

Stakeholder & Governance Management

1. Lead program governance and steering committee meetings on behalf of our Organisation
2. Serve as the customer-facing leader for execution-related discussions
3. Manage and align stakeholders across customers, internal product teams, and implementation partners

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

1. Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues proactively
2. Coordinate interdependencies across projects and programs within the portfolio
3. Escalate and resolve issues that may impact timelines, scope, quality, or revenue commitments

Leadership & Execution

1. Provide guidance to implementation and product teams based on customer inputs
2. Ensure delivery aligns with broader business and strategic objectives
3. Drive continuous improvement in program execution and delivery practices

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration
2. 10+ years of experience in program/project management
3. Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-geography implementations
4. Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including Agile
5. Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle (initiation to closure)
6. Demonstrated ability to deliver programs on scope, on time, and within budget
7. Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred / Added Advantage

1. Experience in the Travel or Cruise Industry
2. Familiarity with enterprise product or platform implementations
3. Experience working with global customers and distributed teams
