We are hiring Project Manager (Civil Construction) for KATTAT Builders & Developers LLP.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about leading teams, delivering projects successfully, and driving operational excellence from planning to handover.

Position: Project Manager (Civil)

Location: Malappuram, Kerala. Accomodation wil be provided for outstation candidates.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
Plan project schedules, resources, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Mentor and lead project teams.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction project management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in government and commercial construction projects is preferred.
Sound knowledge of project planning, execution, billing, quality control, and safety practices.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and project reporting.
