As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead large-scale projects and drive execution excellence from planning through project completion.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of civil construction projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in project execution, resource planning, contractor coordination, quality control, budgeting, and client management. This leadership role requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.

Accommodation will be provided for outstation candidates willing to relocate to Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

1. Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects from planning to handover.
2. Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
3. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.

Site & Construction Management

1. Monitor day-to-day site activities and construction progress.
2. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
3. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project milestones.

Quality & Safety Management

1. Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
3. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Budget & Cost Control

1. Monitor project costs and optimize resource utilization.
2. Review contractor bills, project estimates, and cost variations.
3. Ensure effective financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Coordination

1. Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
2. Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress reports.
3. Resolve project-related issues through effective communication and decision-making.

Team Leadership

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.
2. Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
3. Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, and execution teams.

Risk Management

1. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Address project delays, resource constraints, and operational challenges proactively.
3. Ensure smooth project execution through effective planning and monitoring.

Required Qualifications

1. B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction project management.
3. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
4. Strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.
