Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital projects, particularly in Digital Asset Management (DAM). The role requires strong technical understanding, Agile delivery expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across the full SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and execution roadmap
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Manage distributed teams (developers, QA, DevOps)
- Track progress, risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and alignment
- Drive quality, governance, and process improvements
- Oversee test strategy, defect management, and release execution
Required Skills
- Strong experience in project management + SDLC delivery
- Technical background in Java and Node.js
- Experience in Digital Asset Management / content platforms
- Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience with Xray (test management)
- Exposure to FitNesse (acceptance testing)
- Knowledge of LoadRunner (performance testing)
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
