Project Manager II-DAM and Java/Any Programms(Digital Asset Management)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital projects, particularly in Digital Asset Management (DAM). The role requires strong technical understanding, Agile delivery expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects
2. Define project scope, timelines, and execution roadmap
3. Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
4. Manage distributed teams (developers, QA, DevOps)
5. Track progress, risks, and ensure timely delivery
6. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and alignment
7. Drive quality, governance, and process improvements
8. Oversee test strategy, defect management, and release execution

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in project management + SDLC delivery
2. Technical background in Java and Node.js
3. Experience in Digital Asset Management / content platforms
4. Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies
5. Experience managing distributed engineering teams
6. Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

1. Experience with Xray (test management)
2. Exposure to FitNesse (acceptance testing)
3. Knowledge of LoadRunner (performance testing)
4. Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
