About the Opportunity

We are calling applicants on behalf of a leading global IT services and consulting organisation known for delivering technology, digital transformation, engineering, and IT solutions to businesses worldwide.

The organisation is looking for an experienced Python Technical Architect / Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, REST API development, and backend architecture.

The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, BFF architecture, microservices, and frontend integration.

Location: Hyderabad( needs to be flexible to work 4 days in client office)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python 3.x and FastAPI.

Drive end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and implementation.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers.

Build scalable microservices and distributed application solutions.

Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless integration with Angular applications.

Troubleshoot production issues across APIs, databases, deployments, and frontend integrations.

Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.

Implement unit testing, integration testing, and API testing.

Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment activities.

Work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Candidate Requirements

12+ years of overall software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Python and FastAPI.

Proven experience in technical architecture, solution design, or technical leadership.

Ability to independently drive end-to-end technical solutions.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be flexible to work from the Hyderabad client office 4 days a week.

Must be available for a face-to-face client interview in Hyderabad after clearing the initial technical screening round.
