Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Coordinate customer follow-ups and property site visits.

Monitor team performance and prepare daily sales reports.

Train team members on sales techniques and closing strategies.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience in real estate sales and team management preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Knowledge of property sales and customer handling.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: ₹35,000 per month
