We for Knowledge Artisans are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team as recruiters. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in conducting interviews and reading candidate signals through AI technology and human expertise. Our goal is to treat applicants as individuals with career aspirations, rather than mere candidates, and help them create a fulfilling career while contributing to the economy with skilled resources.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct interviews and assess candidates
2. Utilize AI technology and human expertise to read candidate signals in a structured manner.
3. Collaborate with pioneers in setting up GCC, building capability systems, interview experts, and AI & technology experts
4. Work with the Jobsify AI platform, a dynamic marketplace for job seekers and employers

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Interested in creating career and helping the economy with skilled resources.
2. Interest in Learning nextgen recruitment models and HRtech
3. Understand the ecosystem and not merely JD vs CV comparison
4. Ability to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the organization

Preferred Skills

1. Communication (Must: English)
2. Preferable: Tamil fluent & Malayalam understanding candidates
