About the Role

Indian nurses are globally respected for their clinical competence, work ethic, and compassion — and demand for Indian RNs has never been higher. The UK's NHS, Germany's hospital system, and Gulf-based hospitals and clinics are actively seeking experienced staff nurses across all specialties. This is your pathway to a sponsored, well-paid, internationally recognized nursing career with genuine long-term residency and growth prospects in your chosen destination.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver direct patient care — assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation within your ward or unit
  2. Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and clinical procedures as per protocols
  3. Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes to senior medical staff promptly
  4. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records
  5. Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
  6. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team — doctors, physiotherapists, OTs, social workers
  7. Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and professional nursing standards of the destination country's nursing council
  8. Mentor junior staff and student nurses where applicable

✅ Must Have

  1. B.Sc Nursing or GNM from a recognized Indian institution, registered with the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and State Nursing Council
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience (hospital-based preferred)
  3. IELTS 7.0+ or OET B for UK NHS roles | IELTS 6.0–6.5+ for Middle East | German B1 minimum for Germany
  4. Current, valid INC registration certificate
  5. Strong clinical skills — IV cannulation, catheterization, wound care, vital sign monitoring
  6. Clean professional record — no disciplinary actions or fitness to practice concerns

⭐ Nice to Have

  1. Specialty experience — ICU/CCU, A&E/ER, Paediatrics, OT/Theatre, Oncology, Dialysis, or Maternity
  2. NMC (UK) OSCE completion or enrolled in NMC CBT preparation — dramatically reduces UK onboarding time
  3. German language B2 or higher
  4. HAAD, DHA, MOH (UAE), SCFHS (Saudi), or QCHP (Qatar) registration or eligibility letter
  5. Postgraduate clinical certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.)
  6. Prior international nursing experience or training
  7. Leadership experience — charge nurse, team leader, or ward in-charge responsibilities
