About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our Kodakkara branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer relationship management, business development, or financial services and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service while contributing to branch business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
3. Promote the company's financial products and services.
4. Support customer onboarding and documentation.
5. Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
6. Coordinate with branch operations to ensure excellent customer service.
7. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

Must-Have Skills

1. Customer Relationship Management
2. Malayalam Communication (Speaking & Reading)

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services
2. Basic Sales & Customer Handling Skills
