The role requires understanding learner goals, guiding them toward the right programs, and driving enrollments through structured follow-ups and clear communication. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to onboarding, while maintaining strong conversion standards and learner experience. - Key Responsibility * Take full ownership of assigned leads and drive end-to-end conversion * Understand learner career goals, technical background, and upskilling objectives * Handle objections, negotiations, and decision delays with confidence * Conduct structured follow-ups and maintain disciplined pipeline management * Maintain accurate lead tracking, sales updates in CRM systems * Share customer insights and feedback with the Marketing team * Coordinate internally post-closure to ensure smooth onboarding and learner experience * Achieve and consistently exceed enrollment targets - Required Qualifications (must-haves) * Bachelor's degree in any discipline * Experience 3 to 4 in sales EdTech Training Education sales * Strong communication skills * Comfort handling objections and negotiation conversations * Ability to work with targets and performance expectations * CRM and sales reporting familiarity
