You will handle inbound/outbound calls, understand customer needs, create tailored apparel solutions, and drive conversions—while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Be the first point of contact for US customers via calls and emails
  2. Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with confidence
  3. Understand customer requirements and create customized apparel quotes
  4. Drive conversions using consultative selling techniques
  5. Resolve customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  6. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth order execution
  7. Maintain accurate call records, updates, and follow-ups in CRM
  8. Continuously improve service quality and sales effectiveness

Requirements

  1. 1+ year experience in customer service/sales (US customers mandatory)
