About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Sales Representatives to join a leading industrial heavy machinery company in Riyadh. We are seeking motivated individuals with a proven track record in selling heavy equipment spare parts, particularly Caterpillar. The role involves both indoor/counter sales and outdoor sales responsibilities, with a focus on expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:

1. Indoor / Counter Sales Representative (2 Vacancies)

• Handle walk-in customers, identify parts requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, process sales orders, and follow up for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory availability and timely delivery.

2. Outdoor Sales Representative (1 Vacancy)

• Visit existing and prospective B2B clients to expand the customer base.
• Actively promote heavy equipment spare parts to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up on outstanding quotes.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Spare Parts Sales is strictly mandatory.
• Current Location: Must currently reside within Saudi Arabia (Transferable Iqama preferred). Candidates outside KSA will not be considered.
• Nationalities: Yemeni, Indian, Pakistani, or Egyptian nationals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Deep knowledge of heavy machinery parts (High preference for Caterpillar parts).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Package: SAR 24,000 - SAR 48,000 per annum (Basic Salary + Allowances)
• Basic Salary: SAR 2,000 – SAR 4,000 per Month (Based on experience)
• Allowances: SAR 250 – SAR 1,000 per Month variable allowances
• Accommodation: Provided by the company (Shared, max 3 per room)
• Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave per year + Air ticket allowance (up to SAR 850)
• Commission: Lucrative commissions with a high-earning structure. Earn up to 3% commission on monthly sales volumes (Commission tiers start from SAR 70K up to SAR 250K+ sales volume).
