Sales Support Intern

About the Role / Position Summary

For a Kochi-based technology startup specializing in electronics manufacturing automation, robotics, and embedded systems solutions with their focus lies in creating groundbreaking products in the domains of precision robotics and sensors. They are seeking a Sales Support Intern to join their growth-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct cold calls and digital outreach to identify potential clients, schedule appointments for in-person visits or virtual meetings with institutional stakeholders.
2. Exhibition & Demo Support: Attend industry exhibitions to showcase our products, providing engaging, technical product demonstrations to visitors.
3. Data & Reporting: Compile market data, maintain CRM records, and prepare insightful sales reports to help the team track performance.
4. Sales Documentation: Assist in drafting professional sales proposals and presentations.
5. Vendor Management: Support the procurement and logistics process by coordinating with external vendors.
6. Creative Input: Create multimedia content (short-form video, graphics, and AI-generated visuals) and contribute to preparing marketing collateral, design ideas for sales pitches and social media.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Education: Fresh Engineering Graduate (Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical background preferred)
2. Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
3. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
4. Tech-Savvy:
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
6. Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva Magic Studio) for content creation and research
7. Basic understanding of multimedia editing (video image editing software) is a major plus
8. Aptitude: A genuine interest in Marketing and Design, with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
9. Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred
