We are seeking a technically-minded and proactive Sales Support Intern to join our growth-focused team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in driving our outreach and marketing initiatives while gaining comprehensive, 360-degree exposure to the business development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will leverage research and analytical insights to support the entire sales funnel-from initial pre-sales strategy to post-sales execution. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct cold calls and digital outreach to identify potential clients. Schedule appointments for in-person visits or virtual meetings with institutional stakeholders. * Exhibition & Demo Support: Attend industry exhibitions to showcase our products. You will be responsible for providing engaging, technical product demonstrations to visitors. * Data & Reporting: Compile market data, maintain CRM records, and prepare insightful sales reports to help the team track performance. * Sales Documentation: Assist in drafting professional sales proposals and presentations. * Vendor Management: Support the procurement and logistics process by coordinating with external vendors. * Creative Input: Create multimedia content (short-form video, graphics, and Al-generated visuals) and contribute to prepare marketing collateral, design ideas for sales pitches and social media. ## Qualifications & Skills * Education: Fresh Engineering Graduate (Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical background preferred) . * Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply) . * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way. * Tech-Savvy: * Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) . * Familiarity with Generative Al tools (e. g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva Magic Studio) for content creation and research. * Basic understanding of multimedia editing (video image editing software) is a major plus. * Aptitude: A genuine interest in Marketing and Design, with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. * Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
