Job Description: Salesforce Developer (6–8 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of overall experience to support a diverse set of business partners across all phases of Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of driving scalable, high-quality solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support multiple partner groups across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including planning/grooming, development, delivery, and production support

· Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications across the full development lifecycle

· Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

· Troubleshoot and resolve defects while ensuring platform performance and quality

· Participate in agile ceremonies, architecture discussions, and peer code reviews

· Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
2. 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
3. Strong experience working within Salesforce Governor Limits
4. Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
5. Strong proficiency in technical analysis and object-oriented programming concepts
6. In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and platform capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Python, Java, and AWS is a plus
2. Strong front-end skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
3. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
4. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
5. Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and scalability
