Job Description

As a Salesforce QA Tester, you will work on the Salesforce platform to develop and execute tests ensuring product quality. The role requires a strong background in object-oriented programming and modern Quality Engineering frameworks.

You will be responsible for quality engineering across the full software development lifecycle, including frontend and backend testing in a SaaS environment.

Must Have Skills

Extensive UI Testing experience in Salesforce Core Clouds
Experience working on minimum 2 Salesforce (SFDC) projects
Strong SQL querying skills for post-data migration validations
Good functional knowledge of Salesforce products
Experience testing web-based applications in SaaS architecture
Strong knowledge of software testing strategies and methodologies
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to design and execute automated test cases
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in distributed teams

Good to Have Skills

Healthcare domain experience
Experience with test automation frameworks
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to full-stack testing (frontend + backend)
Experience working closely with development and infrastructure teams

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and automation requirements
Design and develop scalable automated test solutions
Maintain and manage automated test artifacts (versioning, backups, reuse)
Execute test cases and analyze results
Prepare and communicate test reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work with development and infrastructure teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot test failures and improve automation frameworks
