About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a well-established technology partner delivering enterprise CRM and digital transformation solutions for global clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable Salesforce implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to high-impact customer experience programs.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
Perform configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform
Develop using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and other Force.com technologies
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Maintain technical documentation and project deliverables
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Mentor junior developers and guide team members
Collaborate with stakeholders for solution design and delivery
Participate in pre-sales, estimation, and project planning

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Apex and LWC
Experience with Salesforce Cloud (Sales / Service / Experience Cloud)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration & customization
Hands-on experience with REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML integrations
Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases
Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
At least one Salesforce certification (PD1 preferred)
Strong communication and client interaction skills
Experience in end-to-end CRM implementations

Good to Have

Experience with Financial Cloud / Agentforce
Knowledge of advanced integration patterns
