About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SCADA Systems Engineer to join our team and work at the intersection of SCADA, Industrial Automation, OT/ICS, and Cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SCADA/ICS environments, industrial automation systems, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, historians, industrial communication protocols, and OT networking. The role will involve designing, integrating, troubleshooting, testing, and deploying reliable and secure SCADA environments.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-grade SCADA/ICS architectures. Integrate PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, historians, and field devices. Configure SCADA applications, dashboards, alarms, trends, and data acquisition systems. Work with industrial communication protocols such as: Modbus OPC UA/DA DNP3 IEC 60870-5-104 EtherNet/IP PROFINET MQTT Design reliable, scalable, and highly available SCADA environments. Integrate OT environments with cybersecurity platforms for asset discovery, monitoring, and threat detection. Support IT/OT segmentation, DMZs, firewalls, and secure remote access. Troubleshoot SCADA, industrial networking, and communication issues. Participate in architecture design, PoCs, testing, deployment, and commissioning. Collaborate with engineering, automation, IT, and cybersecurity teams to deliver integrated OT solutions. Required Technical Skills 3–5 years of experience in SCADA, ICS, Industrial Automation, or OT environments. Hands-on experience with one or more SCADA platforms such as: AVEVA/Wonderware Siemens WinCC Ignition GE Rockwell Schneider ABB Strong knowledge of PLC, RTU, HMI, OPC, and historian systems. Experience with industrial communication protocols. Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewalls. Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments. Working knowledge of SQL databases. Experience with API integration and system troubleshooting. Programming knowledge in Python, C#, Java, or similar languages is an advantage. Knowledge or exposure to the following will be highly valuable:

IEC 62443 NIST SP 800-82 MITRE ATT&CK for ICS OT asset discovery Vulnerability management Industrial network monitoring IT/OT security Secure remote access and network segmentation Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should understand the complete industrial ecosystem:

Field Devices → PLC/RTU → Industrial Network → SCADA/HMI → Historian → Enterprise Systems → Cybersecurity Platform

The candidate should be comfortable working across industrial automation, SCADA/ICS, networking, and OT cybersecurity, with the ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple layers of the environment.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience in SCADA/ICS/OT/Industrial Automation. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
