Senior Electronics Engineer

Location: Kochi

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Electronics Engineer to design, develop, and optimize electronic systems and components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems.
  • Work on PCB design, schematic creation, and component selection.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve existing electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and production teams.
  • Lead and manage electronics-related projects from concept to deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of designs, processes, and test results.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
  • Experience in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad).
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
  • Good understanding of testing and debugging tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RF systems or IoT devices.
  • Knowledge of firmware development or embedded C.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team.
