Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role involves the end-to-end design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and systems for cutting-edge drone and avionics technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems, with a proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and systems.
• Perform PCB design, schematic creation, and component selection.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve existing electronic systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and production.
• Lead and manage electronics-related projects from concept to deployment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, processes, and test results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, KiCad).
• Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Good understanding of testing and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscope, multimeter).
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF systems or IoT devices.
• Knowledge of firmware development or embedded C programming.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• Prior experience in mentoring or leading a technical team.
