About the Role / Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Sr. IT Manager to join our team at a well-established and renowned name in the retail industry. Headquartered in Thrissur, Kerala, we are looking for a skilled professional to oversee IT infrastructure, secure digital assets, manage key technology vendors, and lead internal tech team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Infrastructure & Cloud Management (Azure & Network)
  2. Oversee our Microsoft Azure cloud environment hosting Dynamics 365 F & O.
  3. Manage and optimize network connectivity across HQ and 65 retail outlets.
  4. Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols are active and tested.
  5. Vendor & Developer Management
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for all IT vendors, ensuring high uptime and strict adherence to SLAs.
  7. Supervise the internal IT support team, network engineers, and newly onboarded in-house Dynamics 365 developers to align tech outputs with business needs.
  8. Streamline workflows between Zoho CRM, our independent HRMS, and Dynamics 365.
  9. Work with other integrations like Government and Bank portals, Payment Gateways, etc.
  10. Security, MDM & EDR Implementation
  11. Maintain and optimize our existing Sophos firewall and endpoint security.
  12. Upcoming Project: Evaluate, select, and deploy an MDM solution to manage corporate Android tablets/phones and secure BYOD devices.
  13. Upcoming Project: Evaluate and deploy an EDR solution across all corporate Windows PCs.
  14. Daily Operations & Support
  15. Ensure smooth daily IT operations across all multi-state retail outlets.
  16. Manage IT asset procurement, lifecycle, and budgeting.

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. 8+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
  2. Strong understanding of Azure Cloud administration.
  3. Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (Dynamics 365 F&O experience is a significant plus).
  4. Good concepts in Networking, Firewalls (Sophos preferred), and Endpoint Security.
  5. Prior experience implementing MDM (e.g., HexNode, ManageEngine) and EDR tools.
  6. Fluency in Malayalam.
  7. Ability to relocate to Thrissur, Kerala.
