Senior Kinaxis Developer Solution Consultant

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Kinaxis Developer Solution Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise-scale S&OP and supply-chain planning solutions. This role is delivery-focused and involves close collaboration with global clients, functional consultants, and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions with minimal supervision Work on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization modules Design and build custom workbooks, dashboards, and analytical models Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC SAP S4HANA and other ERP systems Perform debugging, defect RCA, performance tuning, and optimization Convert business requirements and user stories into technical solutions. Create unit test plans and ensure test coverage above 95%. Participate in code reviews and follow ERP CRM best practices Support production issues and ensure quick turnaround and SLA adherence Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions Work in Agile delivery models (Scrum Kanban) Prepare technical documentation and deployment-related artifacts Required Skills & Experience 2+ years hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse 6+ years experience in S&OP Supply Chain Planning Strong understanding of: Demand Planning Supply Planning S&OP Inventory Optimization Experience with SAP ECC SAP S4HANA integration Strong debugging and RCA capabilities Experience in production support and release processes Good understanding of Agile methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Good to Have Knowledge of Azure Data Factory Basic SQL knowledge Experience working with global teams and client-facing roles Exposure to manufacturing consumer products FMCG domains Why Join Us Work on global Kinaxis implementations High ownership, real delivery responsibility Remote-first role with enterprise clients Strong growth and learning opportunities
