Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Lead Developer who can take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend expertise, excellent software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications
2. Lead development efforts across backend and frontend modules
3. Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions
4. Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and coding standards
5. Conduct structured code reviews and enforce quality standards
6. Mentor and guide junior developers
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
8. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and releases
9. Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
10. Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues
11. Prepare technical documentation and design artifacts

Required Technical Skills

Core Development

1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
2. Strong expertise in:
3. Backend: .NET / Python
4. Frontend: Angular / React
5. Strong understanding of:
6. OOP concepts
7. SOLID principles
8. Design patterns
9. Clean architecture
10. REST API design

Engineering Practices

1. Strong knowledge of SDLC processes
2. Experience with Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
3. Experience in CI/CD pipelines
4. Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests
5. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
6. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Preferred / Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

1. Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
2. Experience with Docker and containerization
3. Microservices architecture experience
4. Exposure to logging, monitoring, and observability tools
5. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
