About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to architect and build core components of our real-time data processing platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable systems serving 10M+ daily active users.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Go, and Java
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement monitoring solutions (Datadog, PagerDuty)
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience 5+ years of professional software development experience
Languages Expert-level Python; proficiency in Go or Java
Cloud 3+ years with AWS/GCP (EC2, Lambda, S3, Kubernetes)
Databases Strong SQL skills; experience with NoSQL and data warehousing
Other Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
