Job Description - Senior Software Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model: Onsite Hybrid Remote (as applicable) Location: Bangalore, India Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our growing engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and data migration, and will work closely with business and technology stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Collaborate with business users and technical teams to rapidly prototype CRM capabilities using Agile methodologies Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable CRM designs Participate in end-to-end development activities including design, development, testing, and deployment Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks Mentor junior developers and maintain development quality across onshore-offshore delivery models Perform data migration and integration using SQL Server, SSIS, and KingswaySoft Work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively resolve technical issues Support Agile Scrum Kanban ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Mandatory Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development Strong experience with CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and integrations Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and KingswaySoft for data migration and integration Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation Proven experience handling data migration projects involving Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban development methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) Exposure to Azure integration services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions (optional) Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400 (preferred but not mandatory) Why Join Us Work on enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations Collaborate with global teams and senior stakeholders Strong focus on engineering excellence and continuous learning Clear career growth opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem
