About the Role / Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
2. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment efficiently.
4. Maintain site quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
5. Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Head Office for smooth project execution.
6. Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), measurements, and other site records.
7. Identify and report site issues, delays, and resource requirements proactively.
8. Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. Position: Site Engineer
2. Location: Project Sites (Kerala)
3. Experience: Freshers to 4 Years
4. Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
5. Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory

Preferred Skills

1. Strong site supervision and execution skills.
2. Good communication and coordination with labour, subcontractors, and project teams.
3. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
4. Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
5. Willingness to work at project sites, including rural and remote locations.
6. Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam.
