About the Role / Position Summary

We are calling applicants on behalf of a widely recognized organization known for executing large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong on-site execution experience and the ability to coordinate construction activities efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Experience in high-rise building construction, is key requirement

Proven experience in the execution and supervision of high-rise residential or commercial building projects

The selected candidate will play a critical role in supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution, managing workforce deployment, and resolving technical challenges at site.

Key Responsibilities

  1. On-Site Supervision & Execution:
  2. Oversee daily construction activities and ensure execution is carried out as per approved architectural and structural drawings. Supervise activities including excavation, shuttering, reinforcement checking, and concreting works.
  3. Setting Out & Surveying:
  4. Carry out site marking and establish levels, alignment lines, and structural reference points before and during execution.
  5. Resource & Labor Management:
  6. Coordinate and manage daily manpower deployment including masons, helpers, and subcontract labor. Monitor material utilization and consumption to minimize wastage and avoid shortages.
  7. Technical Troubleshooting:
  8. Identify and address on-site technical issues such as drawing discrepancies, execution conflicts, or unexpected site conditions, ensuring minimal project delays.
  9. Documentation & Reporting:
  10. Maintain accurate site documentation including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site diaries, material consumption reports, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).

Requirements

  1. BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  2. 2–3 years of relevant site execution experience
  3. Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution practices
  4. Knowledge of site supervision, quantity tracking, and reporting
  5. Ability to coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and consultants
  6. Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  1. Familiarity with construction quality and safety standards
  2. Basic knowledge of surveying instruments and site measurements
  3. Experience in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects is an added advantage
