Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled OT Security Engineer with strong infrastructure expertise to support Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) initiatives across Operational Technology environments. The role focuses on securing ICS/SCADA systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.

OT security engineers play a critical role in protecting industrial systems by performing risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response across critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support TVM activities including vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation tracking
2. Collaborate with infrastructure teams for secure configuration and patch management of OT assets
3. Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in OT environments
4. Implement and maintain security controls for:
5. ICS / SCADA systems
6. PLCs, HMIs, and industrial devices
7. Maintain asset inventory and risk profiling for OT environments
8. Ensure alignment between IT and OT security strategies
9. Deploy and optimize security tools such as:
10. Microsoft Defender for IoT
11. Nessus
12. Qualys
13. Document vulnerabilities, remediation status, and risk posture
14. Stay updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities in OT environments

Required Skills & Experience

1. 4+ years of experience in OT Security / Cybersecurity / Infrastructure Security
2. Strong understanding of:
3. ICS (Industrial Control Systems)
4. SCADA systems
5. Network segmentation
6. Hands-on experience with Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) tools
7. Familiarity with:
8. Microsoft Defender
9. SIEM tools
10. Endpoint security solutions
11. Knowledge of OT protocols:
12. Modbus
13. DNP3
14. OPC
15. Experience with:
16. Firewalls
17. IDS/IPS
18. Network monitoring tools
19. Ability to interpret CVEs and coordinate remediation
20. Strong communication and documentation skills

Good to Have

1. Experience in incident response within OT environments
2. Exposure to compliance frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, etc.)
3. Experience working in critical infrastructure (energy, manufacturing, utilities, etc.)
