We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Skills:

10+ years in CRM / enterprise applications
4+ years in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service)
Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
Experience with Copilot, AI Builder & Azure OpenAI integrations
Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, Functions)
Strong understanding of integration, security, and ALM practices

Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end solution architecture for D365 & Power Platform
Design scalable apps, workflows, and integrations with external systems
Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and technical solutioning
Drive AI/Copilot-based automation and intelligent solutions
Ensure governance, security, and best practices across implementations
Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders and support pre-sales

Preferred:

Microsoft certifications (PL-600, D365, Azure Architect)
Experience with enterprise-scale implementations
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
