Role Summary

Lead and scale Cloud & DevOps practice for secure, high-availability fintech platforms. Drive cloud strategy, DevOps transformation, SRE practices, and platform engineering to enable faster, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Define Cloud & DevOps strategy, roadmap, and standards
Build and lead DevOps, SRE, and Cloud engineering teams
Design cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes platforms, and landing zones
Drive CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption
Implement DevSecOps, compliance, and security best practices
Establish SRE practices (SLOs, monitoring, incident management)
Optimize cloud cost (FinOps) and performance
Collaborate with global stakeholders and product teams

Core Skills

Multi-cloud (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker
CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.)
