Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Delivery

1. Define solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and/or Customer Insights.
2. Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs, prioritizing standard features and using customizations judiciously.
3. Conduct fit-gap analysis, lead design workshops, and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) with business and technical stakeholders.
4. Architect CE platform solutions, including entity models, workflows, security models, and user experiences.
5. Design and oversee integrations with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware tools.
6. Drive use of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
7. Govern solution quality through design reviews, documentation, and alignment with Microsoft architecture standards.
8. Stay informed on Microsoft releases, roadmap, and licensing models for D365 CE to ensure solution sustainability.

Operational & Strategic Responsibilities

1. Provide technical consultation and guidance on active projects across the organization.
2. Support pre-sales, sales pursuits, and RFP responses with solution design and estimation inputs.
3. Contribute to building Intellectual Property (IPs), Accelerators, and Reusable Components for the Dynamics Practice.
4. Evaluate and integrate Accelerators that work with Dynamics, and build AI-driven demos and prototypes.
5. Lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 14+ years overall experience in CRM / Enterprise Applications, including 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
2. Deep understanding of Power Platform, Dataverse, and plugin/custom workflow development.
3. Strong experience in solution architecture, integration design, and security configurations within Dynamics CE.
4. Hands-on proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot.
5. Experience with Azure Services for integration, authentication (AD / ADFS / OAuth), and lifecycle management.
6. Solid understanding of Agile / Iterative development practices.
7. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with Dynamics 365 Portals, Virtual Agents, and AI-driven tools.
2. Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
3. Awareness of Enterprise Architecture patterns and Solution Governance frameworks.
4. Exposure to testing methodologies — functional, regression, performance, and integration.
5. Experience in presales solutioning and building accelerators or IPs for CRM practices.
