Specialist Software Engineering-.Net Fullstack Lead-TVM

About the Opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a globally recognized technology services and digital transformation organization for the role of Specialist I – Software Engineering (.NET Fullstack Lead). This opportunity is ideal for an experienced .NET Fullstack professional who has strong expertise in backend API development, cloud-native applications, DevOps practices, and modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
2. Develop and maintain robust backend APIs and microservices architecture.
3. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
4. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
5. Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support release cadence and deployment automation.
6. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as Terraform.
7. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards are maintained.
8. Work closely within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
9. Mentor and guide junior engineers and support technical decision-making across teams.
10. Contribute to frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
11. Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests for application stability and quality.
12. Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams for containerization and cloud deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

1. Strong experience in .NET Fullstack Development
2. Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and REST API Development
3. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
4. Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js
5. Strong understanding of RESTful Services, JSON, and API Design Principles
6. Experience with SQL Server and database-driven applications
7. Hands-on experience with Git and source control management

Cloud & DevOps

1. Experience with Microsoft AzureAzure Web Apps
2. Azure Container Apps
3. Azure Functions
4. Azure SQL
5. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
6. Exposure to CI/CD pipeline design and automation
7. Infrastructure as Code knowledge using Terraform preferred

Testing & Engineering Practices

1. Strong knowledge of Unit Testing and Integration Testing
2. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
3. Familiarity with JIRA or Agile project management tools

Leadership & Collaboration

1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
3. Experience mentoring and coaching development teams
4. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with cloud-native application architecture
2. Exposure to microservices-based development
3. Knowledge of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
4. Understanding of PaaS and DBaaS cloud infrastructure models

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
2. Relevant certifications in Azure or DevOps would be an added advantage
