Technical Lead – Sample Manager LIMS

**Job Overview **

We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead – Sample Manager LIMS on behalf of a leading global IT services and consulting organization specializing in digital transformation, technology services, and enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Sample Manager LIMS implementation, customization, configuration, and integration, along with the ability to lead technical teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.

Total Experience: 10+ Years

Relevant Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Sample Manager LIMS implementation, customization, and integration

Work Location: Any UST Location

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical teams in SampleManager LIMS implementation and enhancement projects.

Understand client requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and prepare technical specification documents.

Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement SampleManager LIMS solutions.

Manage the complete SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.

Troubleshoot complex technical challenges during implementation and development.

Knowledge of compliance standards and laboratory SOPs.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SampleManager LIMS implementation, customization, and integration experience.

Must have worked on multiple SampleManager LIMS implementation projects.

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and development.

Must demonstrate actual SampleManager LIMS implementation project experience.

Important Screening Criteria

Candidates must have hands-on SampleManager LIMS implementation experience across multiple projects.

Profiles with only generic LIMS experience will not be considered.

Candidates with only SampleManager LIMS support experience will not be considered.

Candidates without hands-on SampleManager LIMS implementation experience should not be shared.

Pure application support or maintenance profiles are not suitable for this requirement.
