Technical Product & Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Product & Solutions Engineer with 5–6 years of experience to work in a customer-facing role, supporting product demonstrations, technical solutioning, proposals, and customer engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across Embedded Systems, IoT, Smart Metering, AMI, and Utility solutions, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical product and solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities **Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical product and solution recommendations. **Work closely with customers, sales, product, engineering, and R&D teams to understand requirements and develop suitable solutions. **Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer discussions. **Prepare solution proposals, technical responses, comparison sheets, product documentation, and demonstration materials. **Support pre-sales activities by providing technical inputs, solution architecture, and product capabilities. **Work with embedded product architecture, firmware, hardware, IoT, and cloud solutions. **Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams to evaluate product capabilities and address technical requirements. **Support customer queries, technical clarifications, proof-of-concepts, and solution validation. **Understand and communicate product features, technical specifications, use cases, and integration capabilities. **Assist in preparing technical documentation and solution presentations for customer engagements.
