Technical Project Manager – SAP

We are hiring for a leading global technology and digital transformation services organization delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs for global clients.

Role Overview

As an Architect I – Enterprise Solutions (SAP Project Manager), you will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-scale application rollout programs across multiple business locations and regions.

You will manage implementation governance, integrated planning, stakeholder coordination, deployment oversight, risk management, and execution tracking while collaborating with internal engineering teams, SAP specialists, consulting partners, and external vendors.

This role demands strong program management capabilities, enterprise integration experience, and the ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives in complex global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Delivery Management

1. Develop and manage comprehensive project and program plans across all implementation phases
2. Define and track:
3. Scope
4. Milestones
5. Deliverables
6. Timelines
7. Budget forecasts
8. Resource allocations
9. Ensure successful execution of multi-site and multi-region implementation programs

Enterprise Application Implementation

1. Lead rollout and deployment activities for enterprise production scheduling applications
2. Oversee implementation coordination across North America and Europe regional sites
3. Ensure alignment between business, functional, and technical teams

SAP & Enterprise Integration Oversight

1. Coordinate with SAP specialists, enterprise architects, and integration teams
2. Manage enterprise application integration activities and dependencies
3. Support alignment of scheduling systems with enterprise SAP ecosystems and business processes

Kinaxis & Scheduling Platform Governance

1. Serve as delivery oversight lead for Kinaxis implementation activities
2. Coordinate deployment planning, execution tracking, and issue management
3. Ensure implementation quality, governance, and business readiness across sites

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

1. Collaborate with:
2. Internal delivery teams
3. Business stakeholders
4. External consulting partners
5. Vendors and implementation teams
6. Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting
7. Maintain strong communication across globally distributed teams

Risk, Change & Governance Management

1. Manage:

6. Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and project governance frameworks

Leadership & Coordination

Required Skills & Experience

Program & Project Management

1. 12+ years of experience in:
2. Program Management
3. Enterprise Application Implementations
4. Large-scale transformation projects
5. Strong expertise managing multi-site and multi-region implementations
6. Proven experience handling complex enterprise delivery programs

Enterprise Applications & SAP

1. Strong experience working within SAP-driven enterprise environments
2. Experience coordinating enterprise application integration initiatives
3. Understanding of production scheduling and supply chain-related systems preferred

Kinaxis & Scheduling Platforms

1. Exposure to Kinaxis implementation or deployment governance
2. Experience working with enterprise planning or scheduling solutions preferred
3. Understanding of deployment coordination and application rollout processes
