Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team in Noida Sector 18. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and driving sales or lead generation efforts through effective communication.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Punctuality and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a BPO or telecalling role
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to speak additional regional languages
• Strong active listening skills
