About the Role

NS Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the tendering process, ensuring that all bid documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within established deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional or a fresh graduate to build a career in bid management and corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, search, and track relevant government and private tender opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial bid documents in accordance with client requirements.
• Manage documentation and processes related to GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal).
• Handle administrative tasks related to Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of all tender proposals.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or MBA preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of government and private tender portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict submission deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Prior experience in bid management or tender processing.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations and public sector tendering guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing complex tender documents.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
