Hykon India Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of power electronics, solar systems, lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, E-Auto, and energy storage products. We are seeking motivated Trainee Technicians to join our service team. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in the power electronics industry. You will work under the guidance of a Service Engineer to learn the installation and maintenance of our product range, with a clear path to transition into a full Technician role within 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Service Engineers in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of power electronics, solar systems, and hybrid inverters.
• Learn to perform routine maintenance and repairs on lithium batteries and energy storage products.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers across assigned territories in Kerala.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all installation and service activities.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop a deep understanding of Hykon’s product portfolio to provide effective technical solutions.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

• ITI certification in Electrician or Electronics Mechanic.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• Proficiency in Malayalam.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler for field travel.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Prior internship experience in an electronics manufacturing or service company.
• Prior apprenticeship experience in an electronics company.
• Hands-on experience with solar power systems or battery storage technology.
• Basic knowledge of power electronics circuitry and components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
