Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to help us craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design, possess a strong portfolio showcasing their design process, and be eager to contribute to all phases of the design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a product-focused environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
